COMMITTEE ON ARRANGEMENTS
7. For the annual meeting a committee of five members, appointed for each meeting, and the home secretary shall constitute the committee on ar¬rangements, of which the home secretary shall be chairman. For the autumn meeting a member of the local group shall be chairman of the committee on arrangements, of which the home secretary shall be a member Reebok zigtech ex officio.
The committee on arrangements shall meet not less than GHD two months previous to each meeting. OFFICERS AND COUNCIL OF THE ACADEMY

THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE
2. At or before each annual meeting, the Council shall appoint a nomi¬nating committee of not fewer than nine members to serve for the ensuing year.
